Rugiada is a cocktail made with London Dry Gin, Vermouth, and Acetaia Maria Luigia’s Ginepro Balsamic. The vinegar is the protagonist of this cocktail with its woody and incense notes. Rugiada has an earthy and herbaceous flavor.

LUV on the Rocks is the ultimate summer cocktail. It is affectionately named after Massimo’s mother, Maria Luigia, who was known as Nonna Lu in her older years. Made with Lemon Verbena, from Casa Maria Luigia, citrus and carob notes, tea liquor and cocoa tincture. LUV is the golden hour in a glass.

MO - TO (Modena Torino) is a reinterpretation of the iconic MI - TO (Milano Torino), a  cocktail made with the Italian ingredients, Vermouth and Bitter. In this Modenese version, we added Aceto Balsamico di Modena Artigianale Villa Manodori for a sweet and sour touch.  

Suggested use:

• Rugiada: Ready to drink, over ice.
• LUV on the Rocks:  Ready to drink. Add ice and a slice of lemon, mint or verbena leaf.
• MO - TO: Ready to drink. Add ice and garnish with a slice of orange.

• Rugiada: Vermouth, Gin, Juniper Balsamic Vinegar, acid solution, saline solution.
• LUV on the Rocks: Lemon verbena gin, white orange vermouth, carob, tea liquor, cocoa tincture, water, acid solution.
• MO - TO: Vermouth, Bitter, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, acid solution, saline solution.
