  GINEPRO is a limited edition Balsamic paired with the rich and complex aroma of Juniper. 
A selection of barrels from our antique cellar has been infused with Juniper wood from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines to evoke notes of smoked wood, chocolate, coffee and incense. This recipe was inspired by nonna Ancella who created her own secret blend of balsamic vinegar that she gifted to friends and family.

• CILIEGIO
  CILIEGIO is a limited edition Balsamic paired with the sweet and unforgettable aroma of cherry. A selection of barrels from our antique cellar have been infused with rescued cherry wood from orchards in Vignola, a satellite town in the province of Modena famous for its cherry production. The result is a one of a kind vinegar with harmonic flavors that invoke the bright acidity of red fruit. This recipe was inspired by childhood memories of long summer days.
