CILIEGIO is a limited edition Balsamic paired with the sweet and unforgettable aroma of cherry. A selection of barrels from our antique cellar have been infused with rescued cherry wood from orchards in Vignola, a satellite town in the province of Modena famous for its cherry production. The result is a one of a kind vinegar with harmonic flavors that invoke the bright acidity of red fruit. This recipe was inspired by childhood memories of long summer days.

Suggested use: Drizzle on smoked or roasted meats, red fruits, chocolate, and aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
