GINEPRO is a limited edition Balsamic paired with the rich and complex aroma of Juniper. A selection of barrels from our antique cellar has been infused with Juniper wood from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines to evoke notes of smoked wood, chocolate, coffee and incense. This recipe was inspired by nonna Ancella who created her own secret blend of balsamic vinegar that she gifted to friends and family.
