Our Barolo wine vinegar is made through the fermentation of Barolo DOCG, one of Piedmont’s noblest wines.
Its prolonged aging in oak barriques enhances both its fragrance and aroma.
An excellent, high-quality product, beautifully clear and bright, with a deep red color and orange reflections.
Its distinctly sharp aroma and the unique characteristics of its flavor recall the body and distinctive qualities of the wine from which it is produced.
It is also ideal for preparing reductions to accompany large fish dishes, as well as for enhancing vegetable risottos.
Perfect for cooking kidney or pearl onions, or for dressing strongly flavored salads, such as artichoke or cabbage salads, enriched with dried fruit.
